1. You’re not too small to make a difference. Every action you take and every word you speak, it’s not insignificant. Remember that.

5. Everyone has something to contribute. Listen, be patient and give people space to be heard but also speak up, even if your voice shakes.
6. Show up and continue to show up. On good days and bad days, the world needs you.
7. Document your days. Not just for you but for others.
8. Recognise that big feelings are a superpower. Empathy and vulnerability are strengths. Redefine what it means to be emotional.
9. Your light doesn’t dull if you make someone else’s brighter. Be your friends (or a strangers) biggest fan.
10. Live authentically. Do what you love. For you.
11. Do all the above regularly, daily if you can. Be a lighthouse.
